What the service is
C2PACleaner (the "Service") is a free, browser-based tool for stripping metadata from files. It is offered "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, and we may change, pause or retire it at any time.
Using it responsibly
You may only process files you have the right to modify, and you alone are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are. Don't use the Service on files you don't own, or for anything unlawful or infringing.
Liability
So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for any loss — direct or indirect, including lost data or a corrupted file — arising from using, or being unable to use, the Service. Always keep your own copy of an original before cleaning it.

Your files are yours. Processing one through the Service never gives us any claim, license or ownership over it.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms now and then. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the current version.
